All items in our Modicare World are available only
for delivery within India.
How Is My Order Delivered To Me?
Modicare gives you different delivery options:
- IBC to deliver the order
Modicare consultants are committed to making
sure you're pleased with the products you purchase
and receive the service you deserve. You can
choose to have the IBC on whom you are placing
the order handle the order processing for you.
In this case the IBC on whom the order has been
placed will get in touch with you regarding
the order. He will brief you on the payment
procedure and will personally handle the order
for you and will deliver the same. The status
of the order can be found by getting in touch
with the IBC.
- Courier the order directly to me Modicare
has MSCs spread across all the states of India.
These MSCs process all your orders that are
not being handled by your IBC. In case you want
the order to be couriered to you directly, an
MSC is allocated to handle your order depending
on the state of the shipment of the order. You
can get the order couriered to the default shipping
address given at the time of registration or
you can change your default shipping address
depending on where you want your order delivered.
The designated MSC will process and ship the
order using a courier company service.
Please note that the delivery of the items
will not be attempted on Sundays or on any public
holidays due to unavailability of courier service.
I will personally pickup the order You can pick
up an order, you have placed, personally from
any of the Modicare MSCs located across India.
The preference of the MSC from where you would
like to pick up the order is taken at the time
of placing order. The order can then be picked
up from the MSC after producing the order confirmation
number and a proof of identity.
What Is The Lead-time
For Delivery?
Orders from Modicare are delivered quickly anywhere
in India, by courier through our logistics partners.
Subject to the availability of stock, our minimum
lead-time for delivery of any product is 3 - 4 working
days.
However, different products may have different
delivery lead-times depending upon the vendors
or the place of shipment. Also, the delivery is
not attempted on Sundays and public holidays,
since there is no courier service available on
these days.
In case there is no courier service to the address
mentioned in the order, the order will be cancelled
and the same will be intimated to you by email. |
