After checkout, the shipping address needs to be specified. By default, the shipping address that you have mentioned while Registration will be displayed  as primary shipping address.

You can get the order despatched to any other address apart from the  primary address by selecting the 'Other Address' option and by mentioning the required address.

You can even specify the order to be despatched to your local MSC and collect it subsequently by choosing the 'Local MSC' option.
