We observe a Satisfaction Guarantee Program, wherever specified. According to
this, a dissatisfied consumer may return products with unsatisfactory
performance to the Consultant for a 100% refund, for the products where
applicable, within 7 days of original purchase.
Whenever there is a request from a customer for honoring the Company
Satisfaction Guarantee, the Consultant shall offer to the customer the choice
of:
Full refund of the purchase price paid.
Exchange with the same or another product
of equivalent value.
The Company will not accept the unsatisfactory products without the relevant
Customer Order Receipt, Product Return Form and the related invoice.
This Guarantee applies even if the product is partially used.
As per the Product Return Policy of the Company, a Consultant can return such
products back to the Company within 30 days of its purchase.
Return Procedures:

Products should be returned within a time frame of one month (30 days).

Returned goods must be in perfect condition and where possible, in their
original packaging.

Products that have been misused cannot be returned because they do not come
under the "100% Satisfaction Guarantee".

Only Modicare products can be returned. Non-Modicare products, literature,
cassettes etc., which Consultants choose to purchase from their sponsors, Star
Consultants or other sources cannot returned to Modicare.

Business support material and sales aids like literature, audio-visual aids,
pins and plaques, forms, accessories and other promotional items cannot be
returned or replaced. These items are business investments meant for optional
promotional use.

Products that have become No Longer Available (NLA) for more than six months will not be accepted.
