Shalaka Vaibhav Joshi

I am Vaibhav Prabhakar Joshi, a professional cost and management accountant in practice. I joined the Modicare business after my wife, Late Shalaka Vaibhav Joshi, convinced me to join. She joined the business full-time in 2014, and though I had refused many times, I got actively involved in the business around 2017 to support her.

My mentors, SMAC (Samir Modi Advisory Council) members Dhimant and Rashmi Kapadia, worked closely with me and introduced me to the world of direct selling. I started dreaming of earning a six-figure income from Modicare and making a positive impact on people's lives.

With the strong support of our uplines Dhimant & Rashmi Kapadia and Dr. Surekha Bhargava, we began achieving our dreams. We started earning bonuses like travel, car and house funds and our team of over 2000 members in India began to grow.

Life took a standstill when my beloved wife, Shalaka, whom I spent over 34 years of my 52 years of life with, was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer in early January 2022 and left for heavenly abode in March 2022, the anniversary day of Modicare. Her loss was the biggest challenge of my life. After facing personal challenges, I restarted the business part-time. I decided to continue the journey with Modicare, aiming to achieve extraordinary success and reach the highest level as a Global Red Diamond Director. In November 2023, when I received the six-figure annual bonus from Samir K Modi Sir, I declared to myself and my uplines that I would achieve the highest title in this business. As planned, I achieved the title of Global Red Diamond Director by the end of November 2023.

I want to take this opportunity to thank our parents, our family members, every member of the Modicare community, the management, supportive staff, and our dedicated team leaders who have been with me on this fulfilling and inspiring journey of achieving our dreams.
