I come from an ordinary middle class family of West Bengal. From the very beginning  I was more interested in doing something where I can connect myself with people and a lot of people at that. Just a few years back, I joined Modicare but was unable to drive myself to the fullest extent possible. Fortunately, I got an opportunity to interact with our great leader and visionary Samir Modi Sir last year. I would never forget that meeting in my life as it was really a game changer for my career. I got charged and started working hard. I started connecting with more and more people. Today, I am delighted to be a Global Black Diamond Director.

I give topmost priority to values in business and I never compromise on ethics. I believe that if ethics are broken, a person’s integrity is lost. A leader should always form a bridge between his uplines and downlines. I always treat my team members as my family and stand firmly by their side under all circumstances. In return, I get their overwhelming support. This is how I could achieve the highest title. Trust me, if you have a burning desire and the right attitude, nobody can stop you from reaching the top. Modicare has given us a wonderful platform for our social and economic upliftment. It has already become a part of India’s growth story. We all are proud to be a part of this esteemed organisation.
